In 2016, at just thirty years old, I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer. I had been healthy my entire life and the diagnosis came out of nowhere, throwing everything I knew in a state of turmoil. This journey has taken me through chemotherapy, multiple surgeries and recurrences, and many different avenues of holistic health.

After endless research, disciplined trial and error, and some luck along the way, I was able to turn my health around, in spite of a less than 10% prognosis.

My focus has since been to serve and empower the cancer community by sharing my story, as well as the knowledge and strategies I’ve learned over the years.

Simply put, my goal is help other cancer fighters achieve long-term, sustainable wellness.
